Over a period of several months Buddy and Gina helped us find a new home and sell the home we owned at the time. Reflecting back on the experience I describe it as southern charm meets Arizona real estate requirements. They helped us negotiate the up’s and down’s of searching, offers, interpretations of regulations, locating technicians and closing the deal with a heavy degree of affable charm only experienced in an area of the country where people are extremely genial. On more than one occasion they got the deal made and shepherded it through to its conclusion.
